Mr Themba Leon Mpofu - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mpofu has BA (Hons) Degree in Risk Management (UK) and MBA (UK). He has extensive experience in insurance has held various positions in the insurance industry in his 19 years of career. He currently holds the position of Underwriting Executive in one of the third largest insurance company in South Africa.
In the past four years Hollard Insurance Botswana had attained a turnover of BWP 70 Million

Mrs Nombulelo Olga Petlane - Operations Executive

Mrs. Petlane has Bachelor of Technology in Production Management (University of Johannesburg) and is a member of the South Africa Estate Agent Association Board. She has extensive experience in the fields of operations management. For the past 11 years she has been the Managing Director for Edinmoor Investments (Pty) Ltd with a turnover in excess of R35,000,000.
The Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management team will be supported by a team of experienced personnel who are all South Africans and have extensive experience in the various business activities of the company.

Mr Lekgotle Howard Williams – Risk & Underwriting Consultant (Associate, IRMSA)

Mr Williams holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Salford in the UK. He has over 18 years experience in a diverse range of industries

Mr Seth Moiloa – Technical Consultant

Mr Moiloa holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from the University of Witwatersrand. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Maths & Physics majors) from the University of Fort-Hare. Mr Moiloa has over 30 years experience in both the projects engineering (Civil) and insurance sectors.

Mr Moiloa has held various positions and roles including:
- Engineer in Construction Management on various Engineering Projects.
- Engineering Underwriting Manager with largest Reinsurer in the world.
- Consults in civil engineering (roads, bridges, buildings) as well as engineering insurance
